Role Overview
This role is one of the most exciting and prestigious in the betting industry, analysing football information to help identify the best value bets in the global football betting market.
What Type Of Candidate Are You?
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with strong mathematical and numerical aptitude.
A very strong interest in football is essential, you’ll need to enjoy watching a lot of football played at different levels across the globe.
The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure is also essential. You’ll be comfortable working independently at times although working effectively with other members of the team is essential.
What Will You Be Doing?
Working with an established team, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling various processes in the run up to matches, whilst continuing to develop league and player knowledge as well as applying football know-how to different scenarios.
The role will also involve watching live football matches, which will include analysing information to help drive the process of identifying value bets on behalf of our clients.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to developing new methods and fresh ideas to help continually improve our processes and decisions.
The role requires a flexible approach to working hours as dictated by the football calendar and therefore will regularly include weekends and evenings.
What Skills Will You Have?
- A 2:1 degree or higher
- Highly numerate and analytically minded
- A very strong and flexible work ethic
- A passion for football and a strong knowledge of players across different leagues
